Brilliant as usual. So clearly laid out, too. When I first heard this info from you Veronica, I was filled with relief that I was a responder, naturally. Seeing it applied to Substack is even better, now this is my new favourite place to hang out in!

Indeed. And it’s also so reassuring to know that those ‘response urges’ are not ‘impulsive’ but ‘genius’ .

Hi Veronica. Yes, I am also a Responder. Now I will trust my response. Thank you!

I struggle with Human Design in the same way I struggle with astrology, Veronica. The idea that all of us born at the same time should be the same type of person doesn't make sense to me. I, like you, am apparently a generator, but in my heart, life, appetite and talents I'm an initiator and creator. Manifestor seems a much more natural fit.

For clarity, the post I saw wasn’t that someone should make the guide. It was that they’d received a new client application because ChatGPT recommended them.

Then my G response PINGED and my mind ran off into a chain of thoughts and arrived at the idea to create the guide and started a flow of ideas to make it 🔥🔥

I see. In that case, yes, the mindset tools and processes I create tend to arrive in response to noticing a 'stuckness', need or gap in myself or my clients.

But fiction ideas and lately, songs tunes and lyrics, are born shiny and new, so my creativity seems to be both responsive and originative, if that's a word. (😄)

It’s worth observing yourself because sometimes we can respond unconsciously until we see the patterns. And then you can’t unsee them. There is likely ‘something’ that sets off the chain of creativity.

You’re not alone on this one. It’s so fascinating though because I have the same scepticism about the non astrology profiling. Our birth data is set in stone while our responses to a test are driven by how we feel or think in that moment.

My Wealth Dynamics was good but online MBTI is wayyyy off, putting me at ISTJ but I was manually typed as INFP.

I would have guessed you as a Generator tbh. Which part of Manifestor resonates?

I found wealth dynamics pretty close too, though I dislike the name as it feels limiting to me (prefer human dynamics). My MBTI is INFP, which is on point (scored as INFJ too, at one point).

As for what resonated with Manifestor, pretty much everything you wrote:

"As an initiator, you don’t need other people’s content or permission to activate your own.

Simply follow your inner nudges - those ideas and thoughts that drop into your mind seemingly out of nowhere.

When one lands, act on it.

Write what you feel moved to say.

When you’re clear and informing, impactful content flows fast."

Which isn't to say there was nothing about Generator that fits but I think we can always bend ourselves to fit if we try hard enough. 💖

Yeah, what you’re referring to is more about self-trust, leadership then being a Manifestor. Those things apply to me also.

The difference is what sparks us. You and I don’t initiate new concepts and systems from scratch. We draw on what’s outside of us, that lights our interest and sparks our ideas.

Manifestors sit in an empty room with a blank piece of paper and dream up new from inside of themselves.

Eg I’m creating a GEO Starter Kit right now.

I started it on Wednesday but I didn’t have any thought in my head about GEO when I woke up on Wednesday.

Then I saw a post about ChatGPT search and my brain went, PING! Response activated, ideas flowing and vroom!

And people are saying, “OMG! This is a genius idea!” (and it is tbf! 🤣)

A Manifestor would not have needed to see the post/external source to spark the idea. It comes from inside of them.

Every idea a G has is sparked by something outside of us, even if we are not conscious of it.

Thanks to Jane Duncan Rogers' Notes about your post, I've now gotten clarity around how best to set my strategy and move forward on Substack. This is a huge benefit for me, as I've been on Substack only about six weeks and have found myself trying to figure out how best to connect with others, write meaningful posts, and not get stressed out about it. Thank you, Veronica!

Love this! Are you a ‘Responder’ too? Trust your response will activate when you’ve got something to say and then run with it to make your writing easy. Great to meet you too. ❤️

I couldn't make this work at all. Would not allow me to enter my country or city. I was interested.

Try the nearest big town/city. It selects from a pre-existing list. If you want to DM me the place, I’m happy to have a little play.

Thank you. When I visited, it was determined to locate me in Russia. I’ll try another time. Detroit showed up and was replaced each time. Strange.

Oh, that’s odd. It’s not like Detroit is a tiny town. Let’s hope it sorts itself out. Or maybe try on a different browser?

I’m beginning to see more and more on this topic but this is an in-depth view. I’ve read once but going back to dig a tad deeper. Thank you for sharing 🤗

That's exactly what I did, Debbie. I skimmed it, realised I needed to give it my full attention, and came back when I had more time to really take it in.
