Awesome article, thank you so much. And I learned a new term - “spoonie” and I think it refers to me - depressive disorder, generalised anxiety disorder and inattentive ADHD. Well done on catering to this niche. 👍🏻

Hey Fleur, thank you and great to meet you.

The term ‘Spoonie’ comes from the Spoon Theory, where spoons are used as a metaphor for energy.

Non Spoonies start the day after a good sleep with a full set of sooons. Spoonies start with some of their set already missing.

So if you have to conserve your energy for priorities, you are 100% a Spoonie.
